Living Way 25th Anniversary Dance

Our 25th anniversary dance was a huge success, with a packed hall, and plenty of dancing and catching up with old friends.  People came dressed up for the occasion, many in keeping with our 1950’s theme.

Local bands, Conundrum and The Jazz Connection, kept us dancing all night, punctuated with a scrumptious supper mid-way through the evening.  Founding parents and students from 25 years ago were there, alongide of current students and families of Living Way.

At supper time we took a few moments to honour founding families, founding principal Anna Johnstone, and subsequent principal, Todd Roughton, who were also there with family members.  Special thanks were also given to Mrs Cushla Sinclair, who along with her husband, the late John Sinclair, first held the vision for Living Way, made their home available for it in the early years, and has been strong a supporter throughout the school’s 25 year history.

We hope to add more photos from the evening to this post.  Meantime, below these photos is a link to some more pictures taken by Sarah Prior Photography:

Mr T

I have been the Principal at Living Way since 1999, when my wife and I and our family moved here from Auckland.
We have loved being part of the Wellsford community, our local church community, and of course, the school community at Living Way.
I believe strongly in the value of Christian Education to help parents raise children that are strong and healthy, who love God and who will make a positive difference in the world around them.
